While some of his "polish" was gained through his
corporate background with a Los Angeles consulting firm,
it was when Jesse abandoned this traditional path and
started his own business, that his ability to

relationships came to the forefront. Jesse consulted on
E-commerce and Internet marketing long before it hit the
mainstream, and now brings his body of knowledge to your
business.

Jennifer has a diverse background, ranging from child care, to management, social work, product development, marketing and web design. Jennifer draws on skills from various positions and education to provide exemplary customer service.
With first-rate people skills and a genuine compassion for others, combined with technical knowledge and managerial skills, she is able to competently and effectively serve EcomBuffet.com's clients. Not only can she 'problem-solve' when a situation should arise, but she stays one step ahead to keep things on track to ensure total client satisfaction.

Peter H. Henry, CMA
Executive Vice President & General Manager
Peter has a background in Financial Management and Operations, having spent the last 20 years working with large multinational companies in the High Tech industry. His wealth of knowledge and strong inter-personnel skills will help Peter as he strives to improve EcomBuffet.com's procedures and processes.

Bonnie Burns
Director of Search Engine Services
Bonnie has made significant contributions to a drug-free
society. Her career spans work as Director of the "Do
Drugs, Do Time" felony diversion program in Phoenix
Arizona… overseeing the development the Bureau Of
Justice Clearinghouse… and as CEO of "Drugs Don't Work
in Arizona."
She also has personal experience as a professional
tennis player and is a Certified Professional Tennis
Instructor.
In 1995, Bonnie took the year to study web design,
development, and search engine optimization from the
Academy of Web Specialists and Arizona State University.
She then opened her own successful web design company,
which she later sold to another development firm.
Bonnie offers over 9 years experience in web site
optimization. To ensure the highest level of service and
results for the EcomBuffet clients, she continues to
monitor and study the ever-changing requirements and
procedures of the search engines. She has optimized over
400 web sites during her SEO career and has achieved top
placements and increased exposure for all of them.
She is one of those rare individuals who is very
technically inclined, but does not fall short when it
comes to human relations. Bonnie continues to receive
praise from clients on her prompt and friendly service
and genuine concern for their priorities.

Ken G. Crown
Director of Client Services
Ken has an extensive background in production management for a large international company and over 10 years experience in the retail industry.
His desire to work with a strong, customer oriented company lead to the decision to join EcomBuffet.com. Ken’s inter-personal skills, his ability to trouble-shoot and follow tasks through to conclusion, make him a valuable addition to the team.
These skills combined with his personal values, will enable Ken to manage Client Services and see that our services are assisting our Clients in the achievement of their goals and objectives.

Heather Hongvivat
Administrative Assistant
Heather is an administrative assistant, and Link Specialist. Heather's role in EcomBuffet's structure is invaluable. Heather acts as administrative support for the whole team. Additionally, Heather has been fully trained in Link Campaigns and successfully executes campaigns for our clients.
